    Allps GmbH is the operator of the application (hereafter app) iProPal and provider of the services offered on this app. iProPal is therefore responsible for the collection, processing and use of your data and has to ensure the compatibility with Swiss law. The protection of your personal data is a priority at iProPal. With this policy we want to inform you about the data collected on the App iProPal and how this collected data is used. You will also be informed here of how to verify the accuracy of the provided information and how to provide us with the necessary information to delete this information.

  2. Collection, use and processing of personal and company-related data


    By visiting the app iProPal, certain data is automatically stored on our servers for system administration, statistical purposes, or backup purposes. Specifically stored is:

    • the name of your Internet service provider
    • your IP address (under certain circumstances)
    • the operating system of the computer with which the iProPal app was accessed
    • the date
    • the time of day
    • GPS data
    • User data (mail, password)
    • Telephone number

    This data may allow conclusions about a particular visitor. However, personal data are not utilized in this context. The use of such data is exclusively anonymous.

    Our company's servers where data is collected and stored on are all located in Switzerland and are subject to Swiss law and regulations.

    By registering as a user and entering your data on the app iProPal, you agree that data you entered will be used to analyze this data for campaigns.

    You also agree that your data may be used for advertising purposes / third party advertising. If you do not agree to the use of the data for advertising purposes, you can prohibit this at any time by sending an e-mail to support@ipropal.com .


  3. Transfer to third parties


    Your data will be transferred to our partners (third parties) as far as the order processing requires it. If we pass on data to external service providers, technical and organizational measures are taken to ensure that the transmission takes place in accordance with the legal regulations for data protection. If you provide us with personal or company-related data on your own, we will not use, process or share this data beyond what is permitted by law or by means of a declaration of consent. In addition, we only pass on data to external service providers, insofar as this is necessary for the handling of the contract and only if these external service providers have consented to the corresponding confidentiality and due diligence.   4. Information, deletion and correction


    At any time you can request information about your data stored by us. We ask you to send an information request by e-mail to the address below. Together with the request, a proof of identity is required to be send to the same address.

    You have the option to request the deletion or correction of your data at any time. You are, of course, entitled at any time to revoke your consent for the use or processing of personal data with effect for the future. To do so please write us an e-mail to support@ipropal.com .

    Saved data will be deleted by us if they are no longer needed for the specified purpose.

    With regard to the deletion of data, it is to be noted that we are subject to certain statutory obligations which for certain data foresees a retention obligation. We have to fulfill this duty. If you wish to have data deleted which is subject to statutory retention, the data will be blocked in our system and will only be used to fulfill the statutory retention requirements. After expiry of the legal retention period, your request for deletion will be complied with.


  5. Login & Signup

    You may login/register to our Websites using a sign-in service such as your Github profile, Google profile, LinkedIn profile or Facebook profile. These services authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign-in/signup form and collection of your personal information may occur as a result of login to our Websites using these sign-in services.

    From time to time, we may include links to other websites whose privacy practices may differ from ours.   6. Data security


    We will keep your information securely, and therefore take all reasonable steps to protect your data from loss, access, misuse or alteration. Our employees and contract partners, who have access to your data, are contractually committed to secrecy and compliance with data protection regulations. In some cases, we may be required to submit your inquiries to affiliates. Also in these cases your data will be kept confidential at all times.

    We secure the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.     We use so-called cookies to facilitate the use of our App iProPal. "Cookies" are small information that your browser temporarily stores on the hard disk of your computer and which are required to use our app iProPal. For example, the information contained in the cookies used in the session control, in particular the improvement of the navigation, and these cookies enable a high degree of user-friendliness of a website.   8. Plugins
      7.1. Facebook plugins


    On our website, plugins from the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA are integrated. The Facebook plugins can be found on the Facebook logo or the "Like" button or "Share button" on our page : //developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/

    When you visit our pages, the plug-in is used to connect directly to your browser and the Facebook server. The content of the plugin will be send directly from Facebook to your browser and from there it will directly be included in the web page by Facebook. Facebook receives that way the information that you have visited our site with your IP address, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are in that moment not logged in your Facebook account. This data including your IP Address is sent directly from your browser to a Facebook server in the US and is stored on that server.

    If you click the "Like button" while you are logged in to your Facebook account, you can view the content of our pages on your Facebook-Profile link. This allows Facebook to associate the visit of our pages with your user account. The information on your interception is also sent directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information is also published on Facebook and displayed to your Facebook friends. We would like to point out that as a provider of the pages we are not aware of the content of the transmitted data as well as their use by Facebook.

    Facebook can use this information for the purpose of advertising, market research and design of the Facebook pages. For this Facebook will create usage, interest and relationship profiles, for example, to evaluate your use of our website with regard to the advertisements advertised on Facebook, to inform other Facebook users of your activities on our website and to provide further information about the activities and use of Facebook services.

      7.2. Google+ plugins


    On our Internet pages we use so-called social plugins ("plugins") of the social network Google+ operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). The plugins are recognizable, for example, on buttons with the "+1" character on a white or colored background.     When you visit a page of our website that contains such a plug-in, your browser connects directly to Google's servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Google directly to your browser and incorporated into the page.
